RCF Ltd is a leading profit making public sector undertaking engaged in the field of manufacturing and marketing various fertilizers and industrial chemicals. RCFL needsManagement Trainees in various disciplines as indicated below for its units at Thal (Dist.Raigad), Trombay (Mumbai).

• Management Trainees : 75 posts (Chemical : 15, HRD Chemical-1, Mechanical : 17, Electrical : 12, Instrumentation : 7, Civil : 7, Industrial Engineering : 01 post, Information Technology -3, Materials-10, R&D (Chemical)-1, R&D (Agriculture-2), Administration-1),Age as on 01/01/2011 : Not exceeding 25 years in case of Engineering Graduates and candidates applying for disciplines in  Administration, 27 years for Engineering Post Graduate and 32 years for Ph.D. candidates for R&D.
